Ingredients:

1 tsp dried lemon balm (calms the nervous system and reduces stress)

½ tsp dried peppermint leaves (eases headaches and relaxes muscles)

1 tbsp honey (optional) (soothing and anti-inflammatory)

Juice of ½ lemon (optional) (refreshing and uplifting)

2 cups hot water
Instructions:

Add all dried herbs to a teapot or heat-proof mug.

Pour hot (not boiling) water over the herbs and steep for 10-15 minutes.

Strain the tea and stir in honey and lemon if desired.
